The base blocks interlock and snap together, measure 24” tall and 24” deep front to back, and 51” end to end, providing over 8 square feet of growing space. The base blocks are an attractive woody weathered grey, and made of a special foamed polyethylene which adds an extra layer of insulation to the soil within. They are eco-friendly in their manufacture, BPA free and 100% recyclable, as well as resistant to cold temperature cracking for long lasting beauty and use. The cold frame takes another 20 minutes to snap together and attach to the base.
